is led by Managing Partner William R. Urga,
who served a six-year appointment on the
Nevada Gaming Commission from 1991-1997.

Probate
/ Estate Planning
We represent our clients in a wide variety
of areas in the Probate/Estate Planning field
including the preparation of wills and trusts;
representation of administrators, executors
and trustees in probate matters; and estate
planning advice. Our firm's practice in this
area is led by Senior Partner R. Gardner
Jolley, who chaired the committee that created,
at the direction of the Legislature, substantial
changes to the probate, estate and trust
sections of the Nevada Revised Statutes.

Estate Law

Law

moving companies and tow companies are regulated
by the Nevada Transportation Services Authority.
