Kathryn Stryker Wirth emphasizes matrimonial law, probate, and litigation in her practice. Ms. Stryker Wirth received her education at the University of Michigan (B.A., 1980),and the University of New Mexico School of Law (J.D., 1985). During law school, she served as managing editor of the University of New Mexico Law Review, 1985. She has co-authored "Joint Custody in Nevada: Time for Reform?" Nevada Family Law Reporter, Winter 1989, and "Property and Contractual Rights of Nonmarital Co-habitants: Putting Western States Constr., Inc. v. Michoff Into Proper Perspective," The Communique, July 1994. Ms. Wirth is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada (Member, Section on Family Law, 1986-present, and member, Executive Council, 1994-2001) and the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association. She is the past Chairperson of the Executive Council (1999-2001), Family Law Section of the Nevada State Bar, and is currently teaching as an Adjunct Professor at the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
