advisors, attorneys provide the greatest benefit to their clients by achieving great results and creating
successful resolutions while balancing the economic realities of each client’s particular needs and
circumstances.
Mr. Little earned his bachelor of arts degree in finance from California State University at Fullerton,
graduating magna cum laude, and his law degree from the University of Louisville, graduating
magna cum laude, third in his class. In law school, Mr. Little was Editor of the Journal of Family
Law, which published his article, “Acton and Its Impact on Random, Suspicionless Drug Testing of
Student Athletes” (Journal of Family Law, Volume 35 (1996)). Mr. Little has also written and been
published in business publications on varying legal topics. He is admitted in the State of Nevada,
the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and the United States Ninth Circuit Court
of Appeals.
Since 2004, Mr. Little has served on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Southern Nevada, a
non-profit organization committed to youth development, healthy living and social development.
Mr. Little serves as secretary on the Board’s executive committee, and puts his legal skills to good
use for the not-for-profit organization. Some know him as the Y’s in-house attorney, but Mr. Little’s
contributions stretch far beyond those boundaries to activities like fund-raising for the Strong Kids
Campaign, the YMCA’s annual giving campaign, and helping to set the strategic direction for the
YMCA’s future growth.
